Episode #80 - Alaska 2016: Cruise Experiences & Excursions!

Welcome to episode #80!

On this new show we share about our experiences and excursions during our Alaskan 2016 cruise this year. The wonderful thing about cruise vacations is that you get to try new things and see places that are sometimes that are out of your comfort zone. These type of experiences create fantastic memories and give you the courage to try even more challenging things in the future.

Cruising also introduces you to new cultures and environments. Alaska is probably the most eniviormentally pristine and untouched places to visit and explore from a cruise ship. From breathtaking glaciers and fjords, majestic snow capped mountains to waterfalls and wild and sea life galore. The stories of the people of Alaska and it's statehood founding fills books, but to see and touch it person brings those stories to life.

We hope you enjoyed our coverage about Alaska. If you have any questions, comments or want to share your favorite Alaska memories call our voice mail line at (424) 272-1916 and we will include it in a upcoming show.

Episode #79 - Princess Hospitality: An Interview with Claudio Mazzino, Hotel General Manager Ruby Princess

Welcome to episode #79!

We have another great interview for you this week! Claudio Mazzoni, the Hotel General Manager on the Ruby Princess graciously spent time with us on our Alaskan cruise this summer. Claudio shares all about their new luxury beds, pillows and linens, their new promotion "North To Alaska", what makes Princess Cruises the best cruise line to sail when you want to see Alaska and so much more.

Claudio works hard to make sure guests aboard have a enjoyable and relaxing experience. We love his attention to details and making sure that guests have the most memorable Alaskan cruise experience of a lifetime. Princess' hospitality is legendary in the cruise industry and Claudio represents the cruise line with grandeur and prestige.

Do you have any special memories from your Alaskan Princess cruises? We would like you to write or call our voice mail line and share with us your favorite story. Our contact information is below. We look forward to your to stories!

Also, we would like to introduce to you an author and friend of our show, Paul J. Hale. He has written his first crime fiction novel, Oscar Mike. From the first paragraphed, you are drawn into the twisted and disturb world of Oscar Mike, where the L.A.P.D. and F.B.I. are finding their hands full of dead, mutilated bodies and few clues, with little evidence of who might be behind this savagery. As the writing unfolds, it reveals the story with a steady pace that keeps the reader interested and in focus of the drama at hand. It is a storyteller's masterpiece, an impressive and lively read. If you are looking for a new book to read on your next cruise (or anytime!) get this book - we promise that you will have a great time reading it!

Finally, please continue to share us with your family and friends - it really helps to expand and grow our show through word of mouth and the various social media outlets we use. We appreciate you - you are the best!

Happy Cruising!

Episode #78 - Seattle 2016: Pre-Cruise Experiences and Excursions!

Welcome to episode #78!

We just can't stop talking about Seattle! We love this town and all the neat places and things to see and do here. On this new show, we share with you all the things that we experienced while we were in this fun and amazing town and it's surrounding cities.

Like we always say, before you start your cruise, plan to spend a day or two in your embarkation town to explore and enjoy the unique experiences, museums, tours, hiking, restaurants or whatever interests you. We have found that most, if not all points of embarkation have an abundance of enjoyable things for the adventurous cruise traveler.
